高校图书馆服务危机管理体系的建构及应用

Construction and application of university library service crisis management system

高校图书馆是人们阅读的重要场所,极大满足了读者的需求,所以高校在发展过程中一定要做好图书馆服务工作。然而,高校面临着严峻的服务危机挑战。因此,本文针对高校图书馆面临的服务危机展开了研究,并提出构建图书馆服务危机管理体系的策略,并将该体系加以应用,从而全面提升高校图书馆服务质量。

The university library is an important place for people to read, greatly satisfy the needs of readers, so in the process of development of colleges and universities must to do a good job of library service. However, colleges and universities is facing the severe challenge service crisis. Therefore, the crisis facing the service of the university library, this paper carried out research, and put forward the strategies of crisis management system construction of the library service, and used the system, so as to improve university library service quality.
