以就业为导向的高职人才培养模式研究

近几年来,随着我国高职教育规模的迅速扩张,逐渐发现很多问题,其中最主要问题之一就是高职院校的人才培养尚不能完全适应社会市场需求,因此,需要建立以就业为导向的人才培养模式成为提升高职人才培养质量的重要途径。本文简单阐述了几种以就业为导向的人才培养模式特点,并对以就业为导向的人才培养模式提出了几点对策,以期对高职院校人才培养质量的提高有所帮助。

In recent years, as a result of the rapid expansion of the scale of higher vocational education in our country, gradually found a lot of problems, one of the main problems in higher vocational colleges is one of the talent training is not fully adapt to the social market demand, therefore, need to set up employment oriented talents training mode is one important way of improving the quality of higher vocational talents training. This article simply expounds the several employment oriented training mode characteristics, and the training mode of employment oriented puts forward some countermeasures, in order to help to promote the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
