通过对在校大学生成就动机的调查研究,探索影响因素,为大学生成就动机的研究提供依据,本研究通过"成就动机量表"问卷调查大四学生和SPSS软件数据分析得出结果:大学生成就动机在专业、性别因素上差异不显著;汉族大学生成就动机明显高于少数民族大学生;公考大学生的成就动机水平明显高于不参加公考的大学生。
