摘要 基于农村英语教师专业成长需求,高校要在夯实需求调研的基础上,深入基础教育一线,通过引进来,走出去的办法实现与农村中小学零距离对接,充实完善培训内容,大胆创新培训的形式,积极应对农村学校课改要求和新的教育信息技术发展的挑战,真正实现研究培训一体化,切实加强农村英语教师培训的针对性和实效性,为农村学校英语学科的教育教学改进奠定良好的基础。 Based on the rural English teachers' professional development needs, based on the investigation of the colleges and universities should be in demand, deep foundation education of rural elementary and middle schools, enrich the content of the complete training, the form of a bold innovation training, actively respond to the rural school curriculum reform demands and new challenges in the development of education information technology, realize the integration of research and training, strengthen the rural English teacher training pertinence and effectiveness, for rural school education teaching to improve the English subject to lay the good foundation.
