Advantages and Disadvantages of Multi-media Application in College English Teaching and Its Countermeasures

英语教学改革不断深入,多媒体技术持续推广,二者之间的关系越来越密切。多媒体技术已经成为现代大学英语教学不可或缺的辅助手段。然而,在实践教学中,一些弊端日益显现出来。本文分析了大学英语多媒体教学模式的优势和存在的弊端,并提出相应的对策。

English teaching reform, multimedia technology continues to promote, the relationship between them is more and more closely. Multimedia technology has become indispensable to modern college English teaching aid. In the practice teaching, however, some disadvantages appeared increasingly. This paper analyzes on the advantages of the college English multi-media teaching model and the existing shortcomings, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
