高职院校辅导员队伍走职业化、专业化、专家化的职业发展之路已逐步形成共识,文章从辅导员、高职院校、社会三个层面进行探讨影响辅导员职业发展的因素,基于职业生涯规划理论从辅导员(个人)、高职院校(组织)、社会(环境)三个层面探索辅导员职业发展的可行性路径。

Higher vocational college counselors team professionalization and specialization, expert of career development path has gradually formed a consensus, this article from three aspects: counselors, higher vocational colleges and the society discusses factors affecting the development of professional counselors, based on the theory of career planning from the counselor (personal), the higher vocational colleges (organization), society (environment) three levels to explore the feasibility of the counselor career development path.
