随着现代高职院校的发展,高职院校的规模也在不断扩大。在高职院校人文素质培培养方面存在很多问题,本文主要分析了高职院校人文素质缺失的原因,针对高职院校人文素质培养中出现的问题,提出相应的解决措施,以供参考。

With the development of modern higher vocational colleges, the scale of the higher vocational colleges is also growing. To cultivate the students' humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges’ culture exist many problems, this paper analyses the reasons of the lack of humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges, the problems in humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges, put forward the corresponding solution measures, for reference.
