高职院校思想政治教育工作的主要对象是大学生,大学生的思想政治教育工作是高校工作的重要组成部分。新形势下,精细化的工作是发展主流,因此,"精细化"问题是高校思想政治教育工作所面临的主要问题。当前高校思想政治教育工作主要以日常教育为着手点,这也大学生思想政治教育工作走向精细化的重要途径。本文主要探讨高职院校思想政治教育如何实现精细化。
