摘要
文化品牌的培育对大学的文化、发展、招生等方面都具有一定的价值,好的文化品牌也有助于提升大学的形象,和核心竞争力。本文首先分析了文化品牌培育的现状,讨论了集宁师范学院文化品牌培育过程中可能出现的问题,主要就注重硬件忽略文化软件、文化品牌缺乏内涵、缺乏特色等方面的问题进行了说明。对文化品牌的培育提出了一些建议,制定完善的文化品牌培育策略,加大对文化品牌的投入和付出才能培育出对社会有价值的文化品牌。本文对大学文化品牌的培育研究具有贡献性意义。
