Comparative Study on Employment Service System in Universities

我国高校就业服务体系近年发展较快,但随着市场人才供需矛盾的增加仍显得不够完善。本文通过探究国外发达国家高校就业服务体系的探究,对比国内高校就业服务体系,运用有效的就业工作平台,扩大高校就业服务体系受众人群,解决就业工作桎梏,充分发挥高校就业服务体系的引导作用,统筹规划,做好我国高校就业服务工作。

The employment still remains imperfect with the increasement of the contradiction. We contrast service system of developed countries with domestic employment service system, make use of the effective employment platform, to broad the target audience, solve the shackles of job, play a conducting role of employment service system, and make a plan to do well in employing.
