爱的教育是要有耐心、责任心、真心、更是一种为学生多层面的服务;在对学生爱的教育过程中,一切用心呵护,一切源于爱,辅导员的教育,是一门技术,也是一门艺术;它更需要的是一种教育智慧,只有在工作的过程中不断体会、感悟、探索才能得到完善。
