基于实践教学方式的护理课程改革应用研究

随着医疗行业的发展,人们对护理的要求也在不断提升。基础护理是学校培养护理人员的重要课程,对于学生护理能力的培养和综合素质的提升都具有重要作用。但是当前的护理课程教学中还存在一定问题,这对学生护理能力的提升造成了一定影响。所以高校应当根据当前对护理人员的要求和学生实际情况开展基于实践教学方式的护理课程改革,进而实现对学生护理能力的有效培养。

With the development of medical industry, people's demands for nursing care are also rising. Basic nursing is important to nursing staff in higher education courses, to cultivate the student's ability of nursing and the improvement of comprehensive quality plays an important role. But still exist certain problems in the current nursing courses teaching, this caused some impact to improve the student's ability of nursing. So colleges and universities should be based on the current demand for nursing staff and students' practical situation to develop nursing curriculum reform based on the practice teaching mode, and realize the effective to cultivate the student's ability of nursing.
