摘要
服务型企业的信任已成为其在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展的重要因素之一。本文从经济社会的视角出发,采用问卷调查方法分析影响服务性构建持续性企业信任的最主要因素,结果表明消费者的满意度、消费者的忠诚度以及服务型企业对消费者提供的承诺性服务是服务型企业能否与消费者构建持续性信任关系的关键性因素,鉴于此,提出提高消费者满意度、培养消费者的忠诚度和加强服务性承诺等来培育和发展服务型企业与顾客的持续性信任关系。
The trust of the service-oriented businesses has become its survive in the fierce market competition and the development of one of the important factors. This article from the perspective of society and economy, USES the questionnaire survey method to analyze the main factors affecting service to build sustainable enterprises trust, the results show that consumers' satisfaction, customer loyalty and service firms commitment to consumers to provide sexual services is a service-oriented enterprises can build sustainable trust relationship with consumer key factors, in view of this, put forward to improve customer satisfaction, cultivate customer loyalty, and strengthen the service commitment to cultivating and developing a service-oriented enterprises such as the sustainability of the trust relationship with customers.
