当今社会大众食品消费安全意识调查——以武汉市市民为例

摘要 此次调查根据年龄段的不同,对在武昌区、街道口、光谷附近的以必胜客、麦当劳、肯德基为主的连锁餐饮店就餐的市民进行了问卷调查,主要从消费者对食品安全知识的了解程度,食品选购安全的认识程度,安全食用与贮藏认识程度,食品安全处理机制以及消费者对食品监督的满意程度五个方面来了解居民的食品消费安全意识的具体情况来研究居民食品消费安全意识的影响因素和解决方案。 The investigation according to different age groups, in Wuchang district, street, near the optical valley is given priority to with pizza hut, Mc Donald's, KFC chain restaurants, carried on the questionnaire survey to citizens, mainly from the understanding of consumers' of food safety knowledge, food safety awareness of choose and buy, safe to eat and store up knowledge, food safety processing mechanism as well as consumer satisfaction with the five aspects of food supervision to know details of residents' food consumption safety consciousness to study the influence factors of residents' food consumption safety awareness and solutions.
