基于职业文化培育的高职思想政治教育创新

Higher vocational college ideological and political education innovation based on the cultivation of professional culture

加强高职校园职业文化建设,对于高职院校特色凝练、学生职业素质提升,发挥着不可替代的重要作用。高职校园职业文化培育,离不开高职思想政治教育的滋养和推动。本文在分析高职校园职业文化特点的基础上,提出高职思想政治教育应在工作理念、内容、师资等方面创新发展,构建职业文化视角下高职思想政治教育创新路径,推进高职校园职业文化建设。

To strengthen the construction of higher vocational professional culture plays an irreplaceable role for the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, improve students' professional quality. Higher vocational professional culture cultivation cannot leave nourish and promote higher vocational ideological and political education. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the vocational higher vocational campus culture, put forward higher vocational ideological and political education should work idea, content, the teachers in innovation and development, the construction of professional culture perspective of higher vocational ideological and political education innovation path, promote vocational higher vocational campus culture construction.
