本文从关注学生职业成长的职业教育的需要,从学习规律及职业成长和职业生涯发展规律以及工科应用技术型人才培养的需要出发,以林产化工专业为例,提出从课程设置、人才培养方案、教学计划、教学模式方面的改革,探讨通过帮助大学生确立职业理想以及培养专业情意、专业知识和技能、素质和能力的整体教学思路转变的策略,寻求促进教育主体的学业、专业和职业成长的途径和方法。

This article focuses on students' professional growth of vocational education, learning rules, professional growth and career development rule, and the need of engineering application of technical personnel training, the forest chemical industry professional, for example, put forward from the curriculum, the talent training scheme, teaching plan, teaching mode reform, discussed by helping colege students to establish professional ideals, and to develop professional cordiality, professional knowledge and skils, quality and ability of the whole teaching idea transformation strategy, seeks to promote education of academic, professional and career growth way and the method.
