摘要
基础教育课程改革的推进对教师提出了新的要求,也给重构新的教师自我身份提供了机遇和可能。文章立足英语新课改的要求,探讨了在此背景下的英语教师的身份认同和构建问题,提出为培养学生英语交际能力,英语教师必须实现其自身角色的重新定位。
The basic curriculum reform not only has new voices for teachers' identity but also offers great opportunity and possibility to the construction of teachers' identity. This paper explores English teachers' identity under the background of basic curriculum reform based on the study of the theory of teachers' identity, and argues that the new curriculum reform is more than the adjustment to teaching materials, courses and teaching methods, but the reconstruction of teachers' identity.
