摘要
高校作为人才培养基地,承担着为社会输送人才的重要任务。如何减少大学毕业生的入职适应期,提升课程培养和企业需求的对接有效性,是校企双方共同关注的问题。本文以《大学生职业生涯规划》课程为例,就企业管理(主要从机构设置、内部管理、考核等方面)在课程创新设计中的映射作简要分析。
As the base for talents training, coleges are taking an important role in transferring talents to the society. It is commonly concerned by both coleges and enterprises that the way to decrease the time for graduates to adapt when they start to work, and also to improve the effectiveness of course design and enterprises' demand. With the case of the colege students ' career planning, this article analyzes from the aspects of institution setting, internal management and examine in enterprises, and tels about the mapping of enterprise management on the colege curriculum design.
