摘要
幸福教育作为一种积极心理学层面的教育,对大学生健全人格的养成具有重要意义,对处于大学适应阶段的大一新生尤为必要。本文聚焦复旦大学面向大一新生的幸福教育的策略与实践,探讨高校开展幸福教育的意义、方法和实效。
As a kind of positive psychology education, happiness education is of great significance to improve the colege students' personality, are especialy necessary to a freshman at the university to adapt to the stage. This paper focus on the Fudan university freshman oriented happiness education policy and practice, discussing the meaning of education in coleges and universities to carry out happiness, methods and practical results.
