2008年9月15日全球金融危机大爆发,导致全球市场经济严重受到影响,经济一度低迷,为了实现经济的快速复苏,发展战略性新兴产业成为各大国家的新出路。对于我们国家,乃至我们吉林省,同样需要把目光聚焦到发展战略性新兴产业上。本文主要是针对为什么吉林省要发展战略性新兴产业以及发展中遇到的困难,提出一些建议及应对方法,同时全面剖析了一下财政政策对发展战略性新兴产业的影响及推动作用。

On September 15, 2008, the global financial crisis break out, the global market economy was seriously affected, as the economic downturn, once, in order to realize the rapid recovery of economy, development of strategic emerging industries to become each big new way out of the country. For our country, and even in Jilin province, also need to be focused on to the development of strategic emerging industries. Jilin province are analyzed in this paper the cause of the development of strategic emerging industries, as well as the difficulties, puts forward some suggestions and strategies, at the same time, a comprehensive analysis of the effects of fiscal policy and promote to develop strategic emerging industries.
