以日语商务文员岗位案例为载体的案例教学研究

摘要 着实有效提升高职学生的实际动手能力,在教学中结合实际工作岗位任务组织职业活动式教学是新课程改革之精神。以南京工业职业技术学院日语专业为例,接合就业岗位比率较高的商务文员岗位,收集企业真实工作任务案例,提炼出知识、技能点、工作流程等,编写源于企业的教学案例,进行实打实的日语课堂的案例教学。企业案例教学不仅能够不足教师的企业经验的不足,也能够促进学生在任务引领下的主动学习热情。本文通过列举出源于企业的教学案例模块,旨在任务实践中贯穿日语语言的学习和掌握针对的业务流程,促进高职的日语教育与职业岗位对接发展。 Effectively improve higher vocational students' practical ability, combine with the actual work tasks in the teaching, organize activities of professional teaching, is the spirit of new curriculum reform. In Japanese majors in the Nanjing industry professional technology institute, for example, a higher share of jobs in business assistant position, colecting enterprise real case work tasks, extract knowledge, skil points, work flow, etc., writing is the result of the teaching case of the enterprise, for Japanese classroom teaching. Corporate case teaching can make up the teachers' lack of experiences in the enterprise, also can promote students in mission led by active learning enthusiasm. This paper lists from enterprise module teaching case, aimed at the task of practice throughout the Japanese language learning and mastering in view of the business process, promote the development of higher vocational education and the professional docking in Japanese.
