在现代职业教育快速发展的时代背景下,教师与学生之间的关系变得越来越复杂化,二者之间的冲突和矛盾也逐渐增加。特别是对于五年制高职院校的班主任和学生之间的紧张关系,本文将从高职院校班主任与学生关系现状的基础出发,对其作原因分析,最后将从提高教师职业素养、加强人际关系协调等角度入手,深入探究师生关系视角下的高职院校班主任管理的方式、方法及对策,旨在为高职院校班主任教育研究提供充足的理论依据和实践借鉴。

Under the background of modern vocational education rapid development, the relationship between teachers and students is becoming more and more complicated, the conflict and contradiction between them also gradually increased. Especially for the five-year higher vocational coleges of tensions between teacher and students, this article wil from the relationship between higher vocational colege students and the teacher in charge on the basis of the status quo, as on the reason analysis, finaly to improve teachers' professional quality, coordinating interpersonal relationships and other aspects, further explore the relationship between teachers and students under the perspective of higher vocational coleges and universities teacher management ways, methods and countermeasures, aims at providing a head teacher education research in higher vocational colleges with sufficient theoretical basis and practical reference.
