创业活动内容繁杂,创业者在创造财富的同时也必须与各种规则共舞。大学生创业法律风险教育是在传授基本法律知识的基础上,帮助学生塑造理性创业思维,培养运用法律维权的能力。要完善当前的创业法律教育,应围绕创业法律课程,落实学生创业实践,加强师资建设,培育法治创业文化。
