新常态下,高校思想政治工作面临着新的挑战。文章分析了思政工作实际现状,并从加强理论武装、推进思政课改革、开展师德建设、加强思想阵地建设、落实安全责任等方面,提出了思政工作创新转型发展的举措。

Under the new normal, ideological and political work faces new chalenge. This paper analyzes the ideological work actual situation, and from strengthening the theory of armed, promotes the reform of education courses, developing teacher's ethics construction, strengthen the construction of ideological front, to carry out the safety responsibility, ideological work innovation transformation development measures are put forward.
