我国是农业大国,农业生产在我国的经济发展中有重要的地位。农产品的质量在农业生产发展中尤为重要,关系到人民群众的身体健康甚至生命安全。但是近年来,农业生产地环境污染严重、有害添加剂滥用等问题造成农产品质量安全事件频频发生,引起一系列的社会问题。所以进一步完善相关配套法律制度,加强农产品质量安全监管执法体系建设等对于切实保障我国农产品的质量安全有重要的意义。
