摘要
本文以文献分析的方式,探讨了教师职业发展与教师信念的相互关系,提出教师职业发展与教师信念相辅相成,相互作用,积极的教师信念会促进教师职业发展,同时,积极的教师职业发展也有利于教师信念的更新。
In this paper, by way of literature analysis, discusses the teachers' professional development and with the relationship between teachers' beliefs and teachers' professional development and teachers' beliefs supplement each other, interaction, positive teachers' beliefs can promote teacher professional development, at the same time, positive teacher professional development but also to the updating of teachers' beliefs.
