高校学生组织是提高学生综合能力,培养创新型青年人才的重要阵地,这意味着,高校学生组织能够为大学生提供一个自我能力提高,自我价值实现的平台,并对大学生进行有效的思想引导和工作能力的锻炼。随着市场经济的发展,信息时代的深入,高校学生年龄结构和心理的变化,高校学生组织功能的发挥面临着很大的挑战。本文结合当前高校学生组织的现状,对高校学生组织存在的问题进行研究,寻求对策,探求如何在新条件下,进一步充分发挥高校学生组织的功能。
