民办高校毕业生就业质量现状及问题探析——基于安徽某民办应用型高校的调查

Current situation and problems of private college graduates employment quality——based on the survey of Anhui private applied colleges and universities

就业质量是评价高校就业工作状况的重要指标。特别是民办高校,就业质量的高低一定程度上影响着学校的生存与发展。本文拟通过对安徽某民办应用型高校2014届毕业生就业情况进行调查,以分析毕业生的就业率、就业区域、就业行业、工资待遇等方面情况,从而对民办高校毕业生就业质量的现状与问题进行探析。

The employment quality is an important index of the employment work in colleges and universities. Especially in private colleges, the employment quality to a certain extent affects the survival and development of the school. This article investigated Anhui private applied high school 2014 graduate employment situation, analyzes the employment situation of graduates, employment rate, employment area, salary, etc, to analysis of the status quo and problems of private college graduates employment quality.
