摘要
幼儿园教师的专业发展是保证学前教育质量的重要因素。对于幼儿园初任教师而言,专业适应不仅决定着教师是否会在岗位上继续工作下去,而且会对幼儿园教师未来的专业发展产生长久的影响。本文从幼儿园初任教师专业适应角度出发,分析初任教师专业适应不良、不称职行为等主要问题的表现与成因,并针对这些现象提出了相应的防范与应对措施。
The professional development of kindergarten teachers is an important factor to ensure the quality of preschool education. For kindergarten teachers to be appointed, to adapt to not only decides the professional teachers wil continue to work on the job, but also for the future of kindergarten teachers professional development long-term impact. From kindergarten beginning teachers professional adaptation perspective, this paper analyzed beginning teachers' professional behavior maladjustment and incompetent, etc. The performance of the major problems and causes, and aims at these phenomena, puts forward the corresponding prevention and response measures.
