摘要 根据小学生心理发展特点和思维认识规律,在小学数学教学中,适当的操作学具能帮助学生准确、完整、灵活掌握和运用数学知识。通过科学的选择学具,合理的把握操作时机,加强操作指导、引领外部操作活动内化为内部的思维活动,能提高学具操作的有效性,培养学生的探究能力、创新能力和合作能力,促进学生的全面发展。 According to the characteristics of pupils’ psychological development and cognize pattern, the application of learning aids play an important role in the teaching of primary math, which help pupils to make a better master of Mathematical knowledge in an more effective and efficient way. In this paper, the author ilustrates four ways to improve the effectiveness of learning aids’ application: first of al, select learning aids wisely, then size the right chance to operate them. Thirdly, tighten up operation guidance. In the end, transfer the application of learning aids into the thoughts of math. By adopting learning aids wisely, it wil cultivate pupils’ abilities of exploration, innovation and cooperation, which eventualy contributes to individual’s overal development.
