With the development of information technology and progress, our country's education career towards informationization reform in flipped classroom based on information technology, teaching as a new teaching model has been used. And colege English is the most basic public course in higher education at present, flipped classroom teaching of colege English, has important practical significance. This paper wil study the flip effect of classroom and its application in colege English teaching.
