摘要
中长跑是田径项目中主要组成部分,另外,中长跑运动还是一项良好的健身项目,对于提高大众体质具有很重要意义。需要运动员具备很强的耐力,在训练的时候可以通过不同的方式来提高耐力以及臂力。本文主要针对中长跑的训练方式进行研究,并结合本人的一些工作经验,总结了一些中长跑训练的技巧。
Middle and long distance running is the main part of the track and field events. In addition, middle distance running is a good exercise program. It is very important to improve the public health. The athletes are required to have strong endurance, while training can improve endurance and strength by different ways. This paper mainly focuses on the training method of middle distance running, and combined with some of my work experience, summed up some of the skills of middle distance running training.
