摘要
进入知识经济时代,(80后、90后)新人大军正涌入企业并渐成职场主力,而对其"管理难"的问题也随之涌现。本文阐述新生代员工的内涵,比较与老一代员工的不同特点,最后探讨新生代员工的管理措施。
Entering knowledge economy times, people who were born in 1980 s or 1990 s starting a new job in various trades. However, with the new generation staff becoming main force in the workplace, many problems they caused in management attract wide public concern in both society and academic interest in study. This paper consists of three parts: the definition of the new generation staffs, the differences between the new generation staffs and the senior employees, the management measures.
