文化旅游视角下中英街发展新思路

The Development Road of “Chung Ying Street” in the View of Cultural Tourism

历史街区是一个城市发展的见证,近年来一些失去原有功能的历史街区通过发展旅游实现了"活力复兴"。特殊的政治背景和人文景观,为商业地位已失的中英街发展旅游提供了基础。目前,中英街的购物热潮已退,存在着游客出入受限,发展资金不足,部分居民反对发展旅游等问题。对此,应推出"禁区瘦身"政策,从"购物游"向"文化游"转变,发展智慧旅游,升级旅游设施,构建"文化长廊",延续街区文化,加强区域合作,优化资源整合,实现历史街区的复兴。

Historical Street is a witness of urban development. In recent years, some Historical street which lose their original function achieve the"dynamic Renaissance" by developing tourism. Special political background and cultural landscape provide development basis of tourism for Chung Ying street which lose its commercial status. At present, the shopping boom of Chung Ying street has retreated. There are some disadvantages such as visitors limited access, development funds shortage, some residents against the development of tourism. So, Chung Ying street should launch “slimming restricted zone” policy, transfer "shopping tourism" to "cultural tourism", develop intelligent tourism, upgrade tourism facilities, construct "cultural corridor", continue street culture, strengthen regional cooperation, optimize resources integration and realize revival of the historic street.
