本文中,笔者通过实地调研,试图分析此类案件中当事人提出离婚损害赔偿的诉求以及法院在法律实践过程中存在的问题及分析其中原因从而提出解决的方案和建议。

In this article, through field investigation, the author trying to analysis in such cases the parties filed for divorce damage compensation claims in the process of the court in legal practice and the existing problems and analyses the reasons and put forward solutions and suggestions.
