大量的涉诉信访既是对司法形象的极大损害同时也是对法院司法能力的严重挑战。本文以河北巨鹿县为调研对象,通过深入访谈法了解了目前的现状和问题,以期对近年来对是否废除司法信访的问题提供相应数据。

Litigation petition is both a lot of great damage to the image of the judiciary, but also a serious challenge to the ability of the Court of Justice. In this paper, Hebei Julu as research object, through in-depth interviews to understand the current situation and problems in recent years on whether to abolish judicial petition questions provide data.
