新形势下我国高职院校大学生党建工作改革与创新

随着国际环境的不断变化,高职院校大学生党建工作也面临新的挑战,因此要想促进大学生党建工作的进步,需要在日常的学习生活中增加各种有效措施,从而使学生可以树立正确的价值观,并且提高参加党建工作的积极性。但是目前党建工作中还存在学校所给予的支持费用比较少,工作人员人数不足,监督管理不完善以及工作内容更新较慢等问题,为了解决这些问题,本文对高职院校大学生党建工作进行探究,找出提高大学生党建工作有效性的方法,使对高职院校大学生党建工作进行改革和创新的目的得以实现,也可以为各个高校进行大学生党建工作提供有效的借鉴。

With the unceasing change of international environment, the party construction of college students is facing new challenges, thus to promote the progress of college students' party construction work, need to increase in the daily study life all kinds of effective measures, so that the students can set up the correct values, and to enhance the enthusiasm of party construction. But at present there are schools for support in the party construction cost is relatively small, the number of staff shortage, imperfect supervision and management and work content updates slower, in order to solve these problems, to explore the party construction of college students, this paper find out the effectiveness of the method to improve college students' party construction work, make the party construction for college students in higher vocational colleges can realize the purpose of the reform and innovation, and can also be for each offer effective reference for college students' party construction in colleges and universities.
