摘要
近几年,知情权的理论和法律制度得到迅猛发展。明确知情权的基本权利属性,通过对知情权的现实基础、民主基础、权力制约基础进行深入研究。为加快相关立法,推进我国民主、法治建设提供必要的基本理论。
Recent years, the theory and legal system of the right to know have been developing rapidly. A further study on realistic, democratic and power restriction basis is carried out to determine the basic attribute of the right to know. In addition, necessary basic theory will be provided to accelerate the establishment of relevant legislation as well as promote democratic and legal construction in China.
