Postgraduate education bears the important task of training high-level talents for the country and society. In the culture in line with the needs of society in the process of high-level personnel, tutor plays a crucial role. It outlines the importance of the teacher team building. It defined the principles of team building instructor. This paper proposes a way to strengthen the ranks of instructors from four aspects.
