摘要
为了适应新时期的改革形势,高校必须重视合理利用管理组织、运行模式、机制保障、效果评价、信息技术、文化建设六大要素,提升执行力,本文对此进行了探讨。
In order to adapt to the new era of reform situation, the university must pay attention to the rational use of management organization, operating modes, mechanisms to protect, the effect evaluation, information technology, culture and construction of six major elements, improve execution, this article discusses on the above questions.
