独立学院旅游管理专业教学模式改革刍议——以兰州商学院陇桥学院为例

Independent college tourism management teaching mode reform——Lanzhou Business School Longqiao Institute as an example

随着旅游行业日渐规范和竞争的加剧,对高等院校旅游管理专业课程体系和教学模式提出了新的要求。兰州商学院陇桥学院受办学经验、师资和资金等因素的影响,同其他本科院校相比较,趋同化现象比较严重。鉴于此,文章结合兰州商学院陇桥学院旅游管理专业教学模式改革现状及问题,阐述了旅游管理专业教学模式改革的指导思想,然后在完善人才培养方案、优化师资队伍、创新教学模式、协同创新等方面提出旅游管理专业教学模式改革的建议。

With the increasingly norms and the competition in tourism industry, put forward the new requirements for the tourism management professional course system and teaching pattern in colleges and universities. Lanzhou Business school Longqiao institute, influenced by the experience of running a school and the teachers and funds, and the influence of such factors as compared with other undergraduate course colleges and universities, which phenomenon is more serious. In view of this, combining with school in Lanzhou business school Longqiao institute current situation and problems of tourism management professional teaching reform, this paper expounds the guiding ideology of the reform of tourism management teaching mode, and then improve the talent training scheme, optimizing the teaching staff, the innovation teaching mode, cooperative innovation of suggestions on the reform of tourism management professional teaching mode.
