理工院校英语专业协同创新人才培养模式研究——以昆明理工大学为例

通过对理工院校为教育背景的复合型英语专业人才培养进行研究,提出目前理工院校复合型英语专业人才培养存在的问题,对昆明理工大学复合型英语专业协同创新培养人才的实践进行分析,发现理工院校协同创新培养复合型英语专业人才的三个模式,即校地合作协同创新培养复合型专业人才、校企合作协同创新培养复合型专业人才及校内跨学科培养复合型专业人才。理工院校英语专业人才培养应以校本研究为起点,发掘具有地域优势、专业特色的人才培养模式。

Through a series of reform practice about collaborative innovation in the field of English-Major cultivation mode, Kunming University of Science and Technology is carrying out the depth of cooperation with the government, enterprises, and cross-subject cultivation, and gradually forms the mode of talent cultivation with its own professional discipline features. The problems exist in current English-Major cultivation are been discussed. These are of great significance to promote the English-major cultivation mode in university of science and technology.
