摘要 心理素质教育就是通过对心理学原理的掌握,心理学方法和咨询技术的运用,达到提高学生心理素质,训练社会认知能力,调节自我情绪,矫正不良行为,激发个人潜能的目的。心理理论是一种高级社会认知能力,它的发展伴随个体的一生,对个体的同伴关系、人际交往产生重要影响。文章从心理理论的视角出发尝试分析心理教育和人的发展的关系,从婴儿期、儿童期和成人期三个备受心理学界关注的心理理论高度发展时期出发,探讨了联合注意、情绪理解、意图理解愿望理解和错误信念理解五种心理理论的构成成分的发展情况,并分析了影响心理理论发展的认知因素。最后进行总结和展望。 Psychological quality education is to improve students' psychological quality, training social cognitive ability, adjust self emotion, correct bad behavior and stimulate individual potential. Psychological theory is a kind of advanced social cognitive ability, which develops with the individual's life, and has an important influence on the individual's peer relationship and interpersonal relationship. This paper tries to analyze the relationship between psychological education and human development from the perspective of psychological theory, and discusses the development of five psychological theories, which are the combination of attention, emotion, intention, emotion and understanding. Finally summarized and prospected.
