新时期植物保护专业应用创新型人才培养模式的研究

Study on the Applied and Innovative Training Pattern of Plant protection talents in the new eras

本人结合植物保护专业多年的培养经验,分析了人才培养模式的内涵,剖析了我国高校植保专业人才培养模式存在的主要问题,从应用型创新人才培养目标的确立,优化人才培养计划、加强课程体系改革、加强实验实践教学、加强应用创新型人才师资队伍建设、采取激励机制、建立多方位的评价考核机制等七个方面探讨新时期植物保护专业应用创新型人才培养模式。

According to years of my training experience on undergraduate in Northeast Agricultural University, we analyzed the connotation of talents cultivation pattern and the main problems of plant protection profession talent training pattern in our country. seven aspects for the application and innovative training pattern on plant protection talents in the new period are discussed. they were the establishment of applied innovative talents training target, optimization the talent training plan, enhancing the reform of course system, strengthening the practice teaching, tightening the application of innovative talents, the construction of the contingent of teachers, adopt the incentive mechanism, establish a multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism.
