家长开放日活动的现状与对策

近几年随着我国教育改革的不断深入,家长对幼儿园的教育现状关注度逐渐增高。幼儿园在进行幼儿教育中会采用家长开放日的方式对其进行教育。本文中针对当前我国家长开放日的现状进行分析,研究得出当前我国幼儿园家长开放日的活动中存在参与人的喜好程度不高和满意度的效果不高的问题。进而进一步对对这两种问题进行分析,得出我国幼儿园未来在进行开放日活动训练的过程中可以从而正确的了解家长开放日的作用、丰富幼儿园家长开放日的活动内容、掌握科学的幼儿园家长开放日的教育教学原则与教学方法三方面进行改革和完善。

In recent years, with the deepening of education reform, parents of kindergarten education status quo attention gradually increased. Kindergarten early childhood education will be adopted during the Open Day as a way parents educate them. This paper analyzed the current situation of the parents open day for our country, like the degree of participation of research results is not high and the effect of human satisfaction is not high activities open to parents of kindergarten exist currently. Process and then further on these two issues were analyzed and the future of our country during the Open Day nursery training can thus correct understanding of the role of parents open day, rich in kindergarten parents open day activities, master of science in kindergarten parents teaching principles of education and teaching methods open day three aspects of reform and improvement.
