浅谈高校学生干部政治素养的培养

Introduction to the cultivation of the college student cadre political literacy

高校学生干部既是学校教育培养的对象,也是沟通学校管理与学生学习、生活和工作的重要桥梁。建设一支优良的学生干部队伍,将对于高校党政部门、共青团组织加强和改善大学生的教育、管理和服务发挥不可替代的作用。他们各方面能力素质的培养也自然成为了一项重要的工作,尤其是政治素养的培养。当代的高校学生干部在政治素养方面存在着很大的不足,其中在思想政治、心理健康、科学文化素养这三方面尤为突出,很多学生干部对自身认识不清楚,定位不明确导致他们在学习和工作方面不尽如人意。本文重点针对这三方面来论述高校学生干部政治素养的培养。

Universities student cadre is the object of the school education training, also an important communication bridge of school management with the students learning, life and work. Construction of an excellent student cadre team, the party and government departments, the communist youth league organizations in colleges and universities to strengthen and improve college students' education, management and service play an irreplaceable role. The cultivation of their various aspects ability quality also naturally became an important work, especially the cultivation of the political literacy. The contemporary university student cadre has disadvantages in the aspect of political literacy, especially in ideological and political, mental health, scientific cultural quality, many student cadre awareness itself is not clear, positioning is not clear cause they are not well in their study and work. This paper focuses on the three aspects to discuss the cultivation of the college student cadre political literacy.
