摘要
羽毛球作为一种简单易学的体育运动,因为其有助于全身的血液循环,并且能够有效的预防心血管疾病、对运动的场所局限性小等特点,深受广大群众的喜爱,但是在羽毛球运动的过程中也会由于种种原因,而给运动者带来了一些身体上的损伤。笔者总结了羽毛球运动所引起的常见损伤,并提出了一些切实有效的预防方法。
The badminton sports as a kind of sport easy to learn, contribute to the whole body blood circulation, and can prevent cardiovascular disease, small place limitations for the sport, was deeply loved by the masses, but in the process of badminton, will be for a variety of reasons, to bring some physical injury. The author summarizes the common injury caused by badminton, and puts forward some practical and effective method of prevention.
