摘要
中层干部对于高校管理以及制度创新方面发挥着无可取代的作用,而现在高校中层干部的考核机制还不是十分健全,想要高校中层干部发挥应有的作用,必须完善中层干部考核机制。本文主要对高校中层干部考核机制应该遵循的原则进行了分析,并且进一步研究了高校中层干部考核机制。
The middle-level cadres management and system innovation in colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role, and now the university middle-level cadre's assessment mechanism is not very perfect, want to middle-level cadres of colleges and universities play a proper role, must improve the middle-level cadre assessment mechanism. This paper analyzes the principle that main middle-level cadre assessment mechanism in colleges and universities should follow, and further studies the evaluation mechanism for middle-level cadres of colleges and universities.
