职业教育具有服务社会与培养职业人双重功能,这决定了"校中厂、厂中校"与社会企业之间有着天然联系,同样的"校中厂"、"厂中校"也不是单纯的教育和教学,它需要能具备企业的一些基本特性与特征,本文重点研究"校中厂、厂中校"如何进行生产性实训基地的建设与成效。

The vocational education has dual function on social services and training professional, which determines the "factory in school" and"school in factory" has a natural connection with social enterprise, "factory in school" and "school in factory" is not pure education, it needs to have some basic properties and characteristics of the enterprise, this paper focuses on the research of "factory in school" and "school in factory" how to construct productive training base.
