中国传统文化中"以人为本思想"与后现代的"人本主义都是把人作为中心,强调人在自然、社会及历史中的重要作用,认为人是一切价值的来源。但是以人为本思想和人本主义又有着天壤之别,两者在针对人的社会性、实践性、历史性、对人的价值定位等多个方面均存在认知上的差异。比较研究以人为本思想和人本主义对实现我国社会主义伟大事业具有重要意义。

In traditional Chinese culture "people-oriented" and humanism of post modern, the people as the center, emphasizes the important role of people in the natural, social and historical, that human is the source of al value. But there is a world of difference, in many ways exist cognitive differences: sociality, practice, history, the value orientation. The comparative study of people-oriented thought and humanism is of great significance to the realization of the great cause of socialism in our country.
